Bicycle path on the Estacade

Bicycle path on the Estacade

Looking for an exceptional view of the St. Lawrence River and the Champlain Bridge? During the day and evening, cyclists and pedestrians can take the 2-km bicycle path over the ice control structure from Île des Sœurs to the seaway dike bicycle path network.

Schedule

The Bicycle Path on the Champlain Bridge Estacade is open from spring to fall, at the same time as the Parc Jean-Drapeau bicycle network. Depending on weather conditions and the administration of Parc Jean-Drapeau, the opening dates are normally from mid-April to early December. We always communicate the opening and closing dates.

At all times, JCCBI invites pedestrians and cyclists to be cautious and courteous on the paths and follow all safety instructions.
