JCCBI wishes to inform users that repairs work on the Pavilion de l’Île Sainte-Hélène (PISH) are currently underway, and will be carried out over a period of two years to ensure the building’s longevity.

 

The first phase of work will be carried out in 2025 and will consist of:
- Restore the building’s exterior facades and two West towers
- Replace windows, doors and mosaics in keeping with the Art Deco style of the period
- Restore the bronze bust of Jacques Cartier

 

The second phase of work will be carried out in 2026 and will consist of:
- Restore the building’s exterior facades and two East towers
- Replace windows, doors and mosaics in keeping with the Art Deco style of the period
- Drainage work around the building
