We are very proud to have reched Level 3 of “Bien au travail” (Well-being at Work) Certification, formerly known as Reconnaissance Entreprise en santé (Healthy Enterprise Recognition). This recognition reflects our long-term commitment to implementing practices that promote employee well-being.  

This certification is part of our continuous improvement journey in workplace health, grounded in industry best practices. It was created by cœsion SP, formerly Groupe Entreprise en santé, to help employers start or enhance their workplace health and wellness program. 

Earning this recognition was also a success criterion under one of the five orientations in our previous strategic plan, which aimed to foster the development and engagement of all staff in an innovative, healthy and collaborative work environment.
